Hi there! I’m back posting another book review for Finding It All by Stacey Komosinski!
BOOK DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to the Finding Happiness in Harmony series’ first journey celebrating the bonds of friendship, love, and life. This feel-good story of first love and best friends will have you believing you too can find it all.
Twenty-five-year-old Chloe Larson has never had a relationship or been really kissed by someone. After a rough childhood spent hiding a secret and being ridiculed, Chloe believes she’s better off with only friends around her. That way she can’t get hurt or misused. She spends weekends living life to the fullest with her best friends and roommates Gaby and Jess and weekdays proving her worth as a newly promoted reporter. The thing is, she doesn’t have time for anything romantic. But secretly she longs for that special connection with someone.
Chris Sherman is bored of the selfish women who flock to him. Recently out of a relationship, he isn’t looking for love. But everything changes when he meets Chloe Larson. She has a way about her that excites and intrigues him, leaving him desperate to get to know her.
Will they both find the courage to let each other in and experience the joys and pains of love, life, and happiness to find it all?
BOOK REVIEW/BOOK THOUGHTS:
𝐿𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑎 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑒𝑥 𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛. 𝐼𝑡 𝑏𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝑜𝑑 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑤𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑠 𝑎 ℎ𝑢𝑚𝑎𝑛 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑 𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑏𝑙𝑦 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙, 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝑖𝑡 𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑜 𝑠𝑢𝑟𝑓𝑎𝑐𝑒𝑑 𝑎 𝑑𝑒𝑒𝑝 𝑓𝑒𝑎𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝑙𝑜𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑜𝑢𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑑𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑙𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑓𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑑.
Reasons why I love this book:
- The main characters Chloe and Chris, hands down, are just the sweetest couple. Chloe’s character is written in such a way that as a reader, makes you just want what’s best for her, and for her to be loved and appreciated because she deserves it. And let’s not forget Chris whom I think is the sweetest gentleman ever. Who will not fall in love and swoon over this guy? Come on! Trust me when I say I am writing this with heart eyes! 😍😂
- The supporting characters are all so lovely: The friendship between Chloe and her best friends, Gaby and Jess is perfect, admirable and inspiring even. Also, Gaby’s mom whom they all address as Momma R is such a warm character.
- This book has transported me to Texas. The festivals, the country music, the horseback riding, etc. (Book Travel: The only travel I can go to now 😂)
- The story, in a way, has bits and pieces of suspense in it which I think is very interesting.
- The slow burn romance has kept me focused and intrigued for the rest story. 😁

This is just the first book of the Finding Happiness in Harmony Series. I would absolutely love a continuation of Chloe’s and Chris’ story, but I personally think the next books in the series will focus on Chloe’s friends, Gaby and Jess (just a hunch though). Either way, I’ll be more than happy to read them. This is why I think it is nice to read this book first before the next ones in the series, which are not out yet but are already in the works as Stacey posted in her Instagram account @staceykomosinski. In addition, I am truly excited for Books 2 and 3 to come out.
Overall, this is such a fun, refreshing, and a satisfyingly slow burn romance read for me. So if you’re like me who enjoys this kinds of books, then I encourage you to give this one a try. 😊 For that, I’m giving this book a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.
